My name is Argel Cardoniga and I am the owner and founder of RESPOND STRONG TRAINING LLC.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, and college professor.
I am also a retired U.S. Marshal and former certified academy instructor.
I understand the importance of the role of first responders, and I am offering my customized fitness training programs for those who wish to stay in shape, get back in shape, or prepare for a future career as a first responder professional. (active/retired/candidate)
I am currently accepting a limited number of clients to train with me at FitStyle LA, a private fitness facility in Santa Clarita.
